Instructions
- Payment terms: 40% is paid by T/T as deposit; after inspection, 60% is paid by T/T or irrevocable at sight L/C. The bank charges in buyer’s country are paid by the buyer. The bank charges in the seller’s country are paid by the seller.
- Delivery terms: 90-120 days (normal conditions) manufacturing after receiving the deposit; 3 days for arrange the shipment; Film packing. After the machine is finished, the factory will keep the machine with 60 days free storage, and thereafter is charged at 100USD/day; If the buyer didn’t finish the balance payment after 180 days of the machine finishing, the seller have the right to auction the machine.
- Power supply: 380V/50Hz for three phase, 5-wire; should be reminded, if different.
- Quality check: after manufacturing, the machines will be tested with waste polymer before delivery (The cost of necessary material for machine test running is provided by customer). As a result, the machines will no longer have the appearance of a brand-new system. Please inform us in case you don’t want to have this final quality test.
- Debugging charge: The buyer affords the food, accommodation and plane ticket of round-trip abroad of buyer’s country. And the wage of technicians paid by the buyer with 200USD/Day(8 working hour)/person.
- Warranty time: Within the warranty terms and conditions of 12 month (exclude human factor and wearing of parts) the seller will affords the food, accommodation and plane ticket of round-trip of a technician abroad of buyer’s country.
- Maintenance cost after warranty period: The buyer will affords the round-trip ticket, accommodation and food abroad, and the salary of technician abroad(200USD/day), and repair parts cost.
- Quotation Expire Date: 60 days for you. (It depends on the specific machine.)
Modification of order
Modification requested by customer after the contract has been concluded will be carried out by Polytec if the parties have agreed in writing about any extra charges, changed delivery times, the warranty or any other changes and consequences with regard to the contract.
Arrangement for inspection, installation and testing work
- After all machines are delivered to customer’s factory; Buyer is responsible for all preparation work, e.g. electricity supply, water supply, labors and cranes, etc.
- We will prepare the visa for our engineers, who are responsible for guiding of machine installation and testing at the factory.
- Engineer will give free training lessons to labors in buyer’s factory.
- If buyer doesn’t request installation and commissioning by Seller’s engineer in 4 months since date of bill of lading, which to be accounted all the machines has been successfully tested by buyer.
Quantity and quality guarantee
Quantity/Quality Discrepancy to destination port during transportation:
In case of quality/quantity discrepancy to destination port in transportation, customer should file claim within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination. We will be not responsible for any discrepancy of the goods caused by shipping company and other transportation organization and/or post office.
Quantity/Quality Discrepancy during the warranty period:
During this guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, we will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price. If the output is 10%-20% lower than the promised value, compensation is $2,000.
Long-term service:
We will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide. An additional $500 worth of free accessories will be provided each year for daily maintenance and spare parts for customers.
Exclusions
- The preparation of the site with all the necessary foundation work, ceiling openings etc.
- The connecting cables from the mains to the switch unit and from this to the junction boxes, various motors and auxiliary units of our equipment.
- The electrical installation including the required safety devices outside the machine and switch unit.
- Any required frames, platforms, suspension devices, covers for feed hoppers etc. which are not expressly stated in our quotation.
- The operating media such as oil, grease etc. As well as raw materials for starting up and operation.
- All equipment and services which are not expressly stated in our quotation.
